The idea that I had to combine a cafe with a wine bar was inspired by my years being a student in Brussels and where I saw many quirky places. One of my favorite spots and where I used to have a few drinks with my friends from uni was Cafe Belga, a bar and cafe with brunch drinks and DJ playing on the weekends.
I loved the concept and thought why not recreate a same atmosphere here in Helsinki since I'm living here.
